This site is about an area where records are the compliance, so it is worth being precise about which records we do not have.

The short form

No manifests, no service history, no inspection findings and no note of what device sits at any address are kept here. The site carries no form. A call brings a ZIP code, the device type and the number it came from.

InterceptorCall is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect operators and property managers with independent contractors. Contractors and waste haulers are required to hold whatever credential and permit their state or municipality demands — ask to see them, because the manifest they leave you is a compliance record. We carry out no work, we haul nothing, we do not set prices, and we never charge the caller anything. Nothing here states the grease limit, the pumping interval or the device size that applies to any particular kitchen; those are set by your control authority and by your installation.

We hold no file on any establishment

Worth saying first, given the subject. We keep no service history, no manifests, no inspection findings and no note of what device is at any address. We have no relationship with any control authority and we report nothing to anybody.

Your compliance record is yours and your authority’s. It does not pass through here.

No form anywhere on the site

No form, no quote builder, no account, no email capture, no chat window. Every page is a fixed file written before you arrived. You cannot give this website your business details because it has nowhere to put them.

So reading every page here and never telephoning leaves us knowing nothing whatever about you.

What one call leaves

A ZIP code, the kind of device and a description of the problem, so the call can reach a contractor who covers your area. Your number arrives because you dialed, with the time and the length of the call.

Not the name of the business, not the street address, and nothing about its history with anybody.

Where a call is sent

To the contractor who answers, because they cannot bring the right truck for a vessel they have not heard described. Nowhere else.

We do not sell contact details, we do not build lists out of calls, and we pass nothing to any authority, hauler or trade association.

Deleting the record

Write to hello@nxtaflow.com with the number you called from and ask. It is the only thing the record is filed under, which is the other side of never having asked for the name of the business.

Have the last manifest in front of you.Date, hauler, volume removed and where it went — it is the first thing anyone asks for and it tells a contractor more about the state of the vessel than a description does. We will route you to somebody who covers your area, identified from the ZIP code of the premises, and you are never charged. Other plumbing work at the premises can be arranged through the same call.
